- Visiting CIMB Niaga customers (with appointments pre-arranged by CIMB Sun Life Telemarketers) at their homes, places of work or bank branches.
- Representing CIMB Sun Life and working with the customer to uncover and understand their needs.
- Devising and then presenting an effective solution to the customer that meets their needs.
- Obtaining and then processing an application form from the customer for the CIMB Sun Life product that meets their requirement.
- Managing the on-going relationship with the customer.
- Generating referral leads from this CIMB Niaga customers so at to maximize sales opportunities
