Working with the sales training team to develop sales team skills in order to support the need to give quality advice to customers and meet sales targets
Devising and implementing appropriate sales management systems
Managing sales quality by implementing Company procedures on quality control to minimize cancellation rates and achieve a high persistency
Working with the Telemarketing Sales Manager to generate and manage sales lead, and optimize conversion rates
Assisting the Head of Mobile Sales, the Direct Marketing channel head and other management on projects as and when necessary
